What deposit is required?
A refundable security deposit equal to the device’s retail price is authorized at checkout and released after inspection.
How is pricing calculated?
Per calendar day. The daily rate applies for each day of your selected window (3-day minimum).
When does my rental period start?
Your clock starts the day after the first delivery scan. Return by 12:00 pm local time on the last day and use the included return label. Late returns are $35/day until scanned.
Do I need OEM software?
Yes. The hardware is included; OEM subscriptions (e.g., GM SPS2, Ford IDS/FJDS, Toyota Techstream) are purchased by you as needed.
